Mission Statement
To provide a positive environment to aid in the physical, mental and social development of our students through the training/instruction of gymnastics, cheerleading, dance and martial arts. With Covid-19, we realize that there are many of you that may choose to do virtual classes for a while!! We will be offering Toddler, Preschool, Dance, Zumba and Step Aerobic Classes on Zoom!(You may put a deposit down and borrow a step for your home).

CHEERLEADING
Become a part of the sport of cheerleading. Work strength, agility, cooperative stunting skills, tumbling and dance in a class setting. Competitive Rec Cheer coming soon!

GYMNASTICS
Become a part of the Mid-Coast gymnastic family! Mid-Coast promotes a healthy lifestyle while having fun developing basic to advanced skills, improved hand-eye coordination and agility skills, and lending to our students personal self esteem. Ages 6 month and up! Competitive USA Level 1-8 and Xcel.
DANCE
Enjoy the art of dance through ballet, tap and jazz rhythmic movements and techniques. Recreational classes and Spring Recital.
RECREATIONAL CLASSES
