Become a part of the Mid-Coast gymnastic family! Mid-Coast promotes a healthy lifestyle while having fun developing basic to advanced skills, improved hand-eye coordination and agility skills, and lending to our students personal self esteem. Ages 6 month and up! Competitive USA Level 1-8 and Xcel.
DANCE
Enjoy the art of dance through ballet, tap and jazz rhythmic movements and techniques. Recreational classes and Spring Recital.
RECREATIONAL CLASSES
